MLS® listing photos on our property pages are owned by the listing brokerage and are handled separately; see our MLS® disclaimer for those.
Who owns these images
Unless a photo is credited to someone else, the images FRIVE produces are our own work. We hold the copyright on them. They are part of how we tell the FRIVE story, so we keep all rights reserved rather than releasing them under an open licence.
What you can do without asking
You are welcome to link to pages on this site, and to share our journal posts with the image and a credit back to the original page. Search engines and AI tools may index and display our images alongside a link to the source page, that is the point of the structured data on each page.
What needs our permission
Copying one of our images to use on another website, in print, in an ad, or in a product is not something we permit by default. If you would like to licence one of our images for your own use, just ask, we are happy to talk it through. Tell us which image and where you would like to use it, and we will let you know what is possible.
